KarposTMTM I and II
Our skids are versatile
machines that can work onshore as well as off shore due to their enclosures
which allows easy transportation to the work place.

Once Karpos TM is located at the work place, there is no waste of time assembling the equipment because Karpos TM was designed to be ready to work in less than two hours.
Karpos TM I has dual pumps capable of flowing 2000 GPM. Karpos TM II can pump over 600 GPM
Both Karpos TM I and Karpos TM II require 480Volts, 50/60 cycles power.
Because of high flow rates, Karpos TM can increase Reynolds number achieving flushing tactics like High Turbulence, High Fluid Velocity and Low Oil Velocity which enhance the fluid dynamics near the inner surface of the pipe.
Karpos TM can change flow direction in a matter of seconds. By quickly changing fluid flow direction, some contaminants and surface deposits are exposed to bending fatigue reversals helping dislodge them.
Karpos TM has a heater that can deliver 100,000 BTU/hour to the lube oil reaching temperatures up to 250° F for a Hot Oil Flush procedure. This strategy also reduces viscosity, increases turbulence and increases oil solvency to aid in the scrubbing of tenacious deposits.
Karpos TM has the ability to combine one or more strategies described above at the same time, at any time, making the flushing process more effective without wasting time or manpower on frequent interruptions to the operation.
Karpos
TM has a laser p
article counter on board that continuously
indicates the reconditioning progress. This counter also saves d time by
making trips to labs with samples unnecessary.
Karpos TM efficient filtering system is designed to filter out particles larger than one micron even when running at maximum filtration rate of 2000 GPM for Karpos TM I
Note: Choosing wrong tactic can not only be wasteful, but also risky from the standpoint of potential system upsets and negative side effects.
Cleaning: KarposTM can be nitrogen dried at 0° F dew point in preparation for lube oil flushing
